Exact author name selection form
This form allows you to query for specific spellings of an author
name. Each line in each of the input fields is used as a search
string. The result of this query is a form that contains all author
names that contain the search string. The wildcard characters are '?'
for single characters, and '*' for multiple characters. The '*' is
not allowed within a name. For instance, if you specify '*string',
the form will return any name that end with the string. You can then
select from this list which names and/or objects to use in the
following abstract query. You can also retrieve an abstract query
form with the selected names filled in to further refine the query.
